a) Files you upload
Your uploaded files are used solely to perform the service you requested. They are never stored, shared, or transferred to any third party. Data is permanently discarded when your session ends.
b) Match decisions
To improve accuracy over time, we retain anonymized match pairs (e.g., cleaned company name pairs and their outcomes). These contain no personal data.
c) Account data (if you sign in)
We store your email address and display name to manage your account and provide support.
d) Usage data
We track usage metrics (rows processed, credits used) for billing and abuse prevention purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties. Our revenue comes from service subscriptions only.
We use trusted third-party services to operate DedupFuzzy. Only the minimum data necessary to perform each function is shared, and all services are contractually bound to protect your data.
Some of our service providers are based outside the EU. Where applicable, transfers are protected under appropriate legal frameworks including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
We use only essential session cookies required for the application to function. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Your data is protected using industry-standard security practices at every stage — in transit and at rest.
EU/EEA users have the right to access, correct, delete, or export their personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Email support@dedupfuzzy.com — we respond within 30 days. You may also contact your local Data Protection Authority.
Guest users (up to 500 rows) have no personal data collected whatsoever. Files are processed and immediately discarded.
In the unlikely event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours in line with GDPR requirements.
DedupFuzzy is a business tool not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
