At DedupFuzzy ("we", "us", "our"), we are committed to protecting your privacy.
Summary: We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties for marketing. We don't store your uploaded files. Your data is processed temporarily and discarded when your session ends.

a) Files you upload
Your uploaded files are used solely to perform the service you requested. They are never stored, shared, or transferred to any third party. Data is permanently discarded when your session ends.
b) Match decisions
To improve accuracy over time, we retain anonymized match pairs (e.g., cleaned company name pairs and their outcomes). These contain no personal data.
c) Account data (if you sign in)
We store your email address and display name to manage your account and provide support.
d) Usage data
We track usage metrics (rows processed, credits used) for billing and abuse prevention purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties. Our revenue comes from service subscriptions only.
We use trusted third-party services to operate DedupFuzzy. Only the minimum data necessary to perform each function is shared, and all services are contractually bound to protect your data.
Some of our service providers are based outside the EU. Where applicable, transfers are protected under appropriate legal frameworks including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
We use only essential session cookies required for the application to function. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Your data is protected using industry-standard security practices at every stage — in transit and at rest.
EU/EEA users have the right to access, correct, delete, or export their personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Email support@dedupfuzzy.com — we respond within 30 days. You may also contact your local Data Protection Authority.
Guest users (up to 500 rows) have no personal data collected whatsoever. Files are processed and immediately discarded.
In the unlikely event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours in line with GDPR requirements.
DedupFuzzy is a business tool not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DedupFuzzy ("Service"), operated by DedupFuzzy ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
DedupFuzzy is a web-based data deduplication and fuzzy matching tool. Users upload spreadsheet files (CSV or Excel), and the Service uses AI to identify duplicate or similar records and return cleaned results.
You must be at least 16 years old to use DedupFuzzy. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may use the Service without an account (limited to 500 rows per month). To access additional credits and features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
DedupFuzzy offers free and paid subscription plans. Free accounts receive a limited number of credits. Paid plans provide additional credits, features, and priority processing as described on our Pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. All prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change with notice.
Credits are used to process records through the matching engine. 1 credit = 1 row processed. Free plan credits are one-time. Paid plan credits refresh monthly on your billing date. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
You agree not to:
You retain full ownership of all data you upload. We do not claim any rights to your files or data. Uploaded files are processed in memory and discarded when your session ends — we never store your files. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is owned by DedupFuzzy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from service interruptions.
DedupFuzzy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at support@dedupfuzzy.com. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features ends at the end of your current billing period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
